  • Thursday 2/9 at 7:15pm- Youth group ages 10-13 with Lex
  • Friday 2/10 at 5pm- Youth group ages 14-17 with Nina

The trainers at Powerworks Fitness will be starting a new exercise program for members once a month. There is no extra fee and will provide a new fitness routine for those that sign up. If you are new, and looking for more knowledge on the gym floor, or if you have been working with weights, but want something different to keep you coming, this is for you. Groups will consist of the first 6 members that sign up, and times will vary each month, so if you cannot make the current month, be sure to look for next month’s sign-up sheet.

The different groups will be as follows:

  • Female group
  • Male group
  • Youth ages 10-13
  • Youth ages 14-17

The 10-13 group may have up to 8 due to ability to use a group exercise classroom. During that month’s session the trainer will show you proper form on the specific exercises they have chosen and lead you through the entire workout. After the session is complete, you will receive a copy of that workout to keep for yourself and use at Powerworks. This will be a complimentary addition in the hopes that you will feel as if Powerworks is your own, and continue to enjoy the time you spend here. If you fail to show up to the session, you will be charged $10 to your account. To allow all members this unique opportunity, we will only allow each member to sign up every 3 months.
